HOSPITALITY for the Chapel Choir Worship Outreach Experience: This Serve Day team will assist the Chapel Choir with set-up and tear down of their Worship Outreach Experience. It will provide a cook-out for the community and staff at RVA CARITAS - A non-profit organization that works to rehabilitate and integrate men and women with addictions and homelessness back into society. The hospitality team will also attend the Chapel Choir's Worship Outreach Program and be available to sit and pray with the CARITAS Community as the Spirit leads! The cook out will be prepared outdoors. If there is inclement weather, the cook out will be moved indoors in the climate controlled warehouse space of the facility. This Worship Outreach Experience is based on a message of hope and the power of Jesus Christ who provides all of our needs according to His riches and glory! There are multiple aspects of this Service Project, this sign-up is specific to the HOSPITALITY portion of the event. Hospitality Team, we need you! We’ll need: -Food: Burgers/Hotdogs, Buns, Condiments, Sides, Desserts, Beverages, Paperware, Etc... -Grills and Trucks/Trailers to transport them. -People to prepare the food. Serve Day Rally: Plan to attend the Serve Day rally, where we'll gather for a short time of inspiration, information, prayer, and worship! The Rally will be held before heading out to our projects, and project leaders will give important instructions immediately following. Doors open at 8:00 AM | Rally starts at 8:30 AM at our Midlothian location.
